When should I RSVP?
We are sending out save the dates. Wedding invitations will follow with a link to RSVP. Kindly reply by the date noted on your invitation.
May I bring a guest?
Your invitation will name everyone we have reserved a seat for.
Are children welcome?
We absolutely adore your little ones and we know they're such an important part of your lives. We kindly ask that this be an adults-only event. We hope this allows everyone to fully unwind, enjoy the winery experience, and celebrate with us wholeheartedly. Thank you so much for understanding, your love and support truly mean the world to us!
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at Barn at Harrow Cellars by 4:00 PM. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our celebration will be held largely beneath the open sky. As the evening settles and the vineyard air cools, a light jacket or wrap will keep you comfortable.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly request that you silence and put away your phones during our ceremony to be fully present.
What about dietary restrictions?
We're happy to accommodate dietary needs. Please let us know when you RSVP and we'll make sure you're taken care of.
Will transportation be provided?
Complimentary buses will run to and from the Sonoma Plaza and nearby hotels to the wedding, starting at 3:30 PM. Self parking is available at Barn at Harrow Cellars.
Are you registered?
Your presence in Sonoma is the gift. For those who insist, a registry and honeymoon fund will be linked with the invitation.
